Every Ideal Fitness membership comes complete with a complimentary Fitness Consultation with one of our Personal Trainers. A friendly, experienced trainer will meet with you to review your health history, your fitness goals and design a workout plan specifically for you. He or she will go through a 30-minute workout with you, including an equipment overview. We’ll be sure you are comfortable and on your way to meeting your fitness goals.
